Sightseeing changes

Due to preparations for the temporary exhibition, some rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors will be temporarily closed to visitors (applies to the following exhibitions: State Rooms, Royal Private Apartments, Art of the Orient).

State Rooms (2nd floor of the Castle)

- September 14, 2023 – January 31, 2024: will be on view with the temporary exhibition Image of the Golden Age

Art of the Orient: Ottoman Turkish Tents

August 16–19: closed 1st floor of the exhibition
September 5–7: closed 2nd floor of the exhibition
September 30 – October 1: exhibition closed

Royal Private Apartments (1st floor of the Castle)

August 16 – September 13; December 16, 2023 – January 31, 2024 – the exhibition will be temporarily suspended.
The rooms of the 1st floor will be on view in a new arrangement:

with the State Rooms (August 20 – September 13)
with the the temporary exhibition Image of the Golden Age (September 14 – December 15)
