§ 2 Automatically Collected Data
Without the User’s consent, the Administrator does not collect personal data, but only data that do not constitute personal data, in particular data relating to the use of the Websites and the Application, as well as demographic data. The collection of the data referred to in the preceding sentence takes place automatically (hereinafter referred to as “automatically collected data”).
Automatically collected data do not allow for the unambiguous identification of the User.
Automatically collected data may be used by the Administrator to improve the quality of the services provided, in particular in the event of errors occurring on the Websites or in the Application.
In the situation described above, automatically collected data will concern errors of the Websites or the Application, including the status of the User’s mobile device at the time the error occurred, identification of the User’s mobile device, and the physical location of the User’s mobile device at the time the error occurred.
It is not possible to modify or delete automatically collected data.
§ 3 Data Collected for the Purpose of Contact
In cases where the User contacts the Administrator, as specified in the Terms and Conditions, the Administrator will require the User to provide their first name, last name, and e-mail address (hereinafter referred to as “data collected for the purpose of contact”).
Providing the data collected for the purpose of contact is voluntary; however, it constitutes the sole basis for the Administrator to initiate return contact with the User and enables the Administrator to verify the User. Data collected for the purpose of contact will be used exclusively to ensure proper, complete, and efficient communication between the Administrator and the User.
§ 4 Rights and Obligations of the Administrator
The Administrator undertakes to process the User’s personal data in compliance with the requirements of the Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), as well as the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services.
The Administrator guarantees the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the processed data.
§ 5 Rights and Obligations of the User
The Administrator reserves the right to introduce changes to the Privacy Policy, of which the User will be informed via the Application. If the User does not consent to the introduced changes, they are obliged to permanently remove the Application from their mobile device.
