Visitors walk through the cloisters of the second floor of the castle and come to the exhibition "The Wawel Town", and after visiting it, they can go to the viewing terrace.
"The Wawel Town" exhibition is the story of everyday life right next to the castle and cathedral on Wawel Hill. Since the Middle Ages, Wawel Town has been an excellent example of the coexistence of two interpenetrating spaces in a small area: sacred and secular.
The highlight of the exhibition is the view from the terrace, which includes the now-defunct town and an impressive perspective on the hill, as well as on Krakow and its surroundings. In good weather, the distant peaks of the Tatra Mountains can also be seen.
Accesibility
